Unsure if or where you should seek treatment?
Please call the OCH COVID-19 24/7 Hotline (270-256-5535) All clinics and services are still open normal hours.
*This list is not all inclusive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning or go directly to the nearest emergency department.
Here is some information that might help in making decisions about seeking care or testing:
All Ohio County Healthcare facilities are open and treating patients either in person or by virtual video visits. Please call the office during normal business hours to schedule an appointment. Car side registration is available so that patients can wait in their vehicles and not in waiting rooms. We have created separate entrances for sick and well patients.
Visitors are being allowed in many OCH Departments. We appreciate your understanding.
To minimize community spread, the CDC recommends that everyone wear a face covering in public or professional spaces where social distancing is harder to maintain, including grocery stores, pharmacies, and work places. www.cdc.gov
Because many individuals may have the virus without knowing it, face coverings help keep them from spreading it to others.
OCH urges community members to help "STOP THE SPREAD" by wearing facial coverings in public. This also allows all medical-grade personal protective equipment to be reserved for healthcare professionals who are in direct patient contact areas.
